How it works

Strategy first. Approval always. Publishing on autopilot.

Six steps from a fresh connection to a site that publishes authority content every week — with a human gate at every turn.

Step 01

Connect WordPress

Install the connector plugin and paste your site key. Two minutes. Your AI keys stay in Rank Titan — WordPress never sees them.

Step 02

Scan your sitemap

We import your existing pages, detect page types and topics, and build a picture of what you already rank for.

Step 03

Build topical clusters

AI maps your authority gaps into pillars and silos, then ranks every missing page by estimated traffic impact.

Step 04

Approve the plan

Review the 30-day calendar before anything is written. Reorder, reschedule, or reject any page with one click.

Step 05

Generate draft packages

Each page comes complete: brief, HTML draft, meta, slug, schema, image plan, and internal links — in one operation.

Step 06

QA, approve & publish

Every draft is scored across 12 dimensions. Approve what passes your bar; it lands in WordPress as a draft you publish.

Each step produces something the next reviewer can inspect.

The crawl records the current site. The authority map assigns page roles and gaps. The content plan preserves intent, type, priority, and approval. The draft package carries sources, metadata, schema, images, and internal links. The connector reports what WordPress accepted.

Planning is not publication

A proposed page remains separate from an approved brief, a reviewed draft, a delivered WordPress record, a live URL, an indexed result, and a ranking page. Rank Titan keeps these states separate so teams can see what is actually true.

Automation is bounded

Repeatable collection, classification, formatting, and QA can move quickly. Strategy, unsupported claims, destructive URL changes, and live publishing remain explicit decisions with accountable reviewers.

WordPress keeps control

The signed connector uses destination permissions for draft creation, immediate publishing, scheduling, updates, media, and builder-sensitive operations. SaaS approval cannot silently override what the WordPress site disallows.

Measurement closes the loop

After release, crawl discovery, Search Console indexing, query impressions, analytics engagement, conversions, and AI citations determine whether to refresh, expand, merge, or stop—not the amount of content generated.

Ready in an afternoon.

Connect, scan, approve, and watch your first cluster go live.
